- Precision Pinion: Hardened alloy steel with nickel plating (over 15μm) for reduced friction and maximum wear resistance. Compliant with ISO5211 & DIN3337 standards. Custom dimensions available with stainless steel or aluminum alloy options.
- Durable Actuator Body: Hard-anodized aluminum extrusion (over 30μm) for corrosion protection and minimal piston friction. Optional epoxy or PTFE coatings available.
- Corrosion-Resistant End Caps: Epoxy-coated die-cast aluminum (over 80μm) with optional PTFE coating.
- Precision Piston: Hard-anodized die-cast aluminum (over 30μm) with high-quality guides and twin rack-and-pinion design for consistent torque output.
- Adjustable Travel: ±5° adjustment in both open and closed positions via external adjustment bolts.
